Welcome to the Tasmanian University Tennis Club! We are one of the oldest UTAS clubs, servicing UTAS students and other community members, helping to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle in Hobart. We have a range of players at different skill levels, beginners to advanced, who play weekly. Tennis balls and racquets are always available for use at our sessions with your ticket or membership. We run 1–2 competitions a year, usually one in each semester, so keep your ears open to come and compete!

Sessions
Sessions are ticketed due to a reduced number of courts available. You must reserve a ticket before coming to a session. Please get your tickets quick as places are limited to around 5 people per court (including the places for our committee/coordinators).
Membership provides free ticket booking for every session, but membership doesn't assure you that there will be room without a ticket, so get in quick. Please confirm your presence and ticket with a coordinator at the session.

Semester 2: 08/Jul/26 – 01/Dec/26
Session times
- Tuesdays 6:00–7:30pm
- Thursdays 6:00–7:30pm
- Saturday 11:00am–12:30pm

Membership & tickets
Membership (per semester)
- Student: $110 – includes free ticket reservation for all sessions (you must still reserve a ticket to play)
- Non-student: $140 – same as above
Single session
$10 – ticket reserved for the single session you checkout for on Rubric.
Tickets are released 1–4 weeks before each session.

5 tickets available per court (at max volume, 10–15 players total; you may need to rotate with other players on the court):
- Tuesday: 3 courts (courts 1/2/3)
- Thursday: 2 courts (courts 2/3)
- Saturday: 3 courts (courts 2/3/4, pending confirmation)
We are currently able to book fewer courts than last year, however we will try to book more in the near future to provide space for more tickets.
